I came across
With fingers, gently .
Tips to skin
Lingering upon chest,
Muscles strong, aging
Beautifully,
Which held stories
Of life, working
Pain and pleasure.
Thriving heartbeat
Awakened sensations
Within me,
Pump pump pump
Felt. Enjoyed. Eased.
I’d been there before,
Or hadn’t,
But I will be again.

His One
Lavender chosen, breathe in,
often found crushed,
scent of live petals,
lathered upon skin.
An original flower,
leaving one wistful,
for Old World pleasures,
and a relaxing grin.
Here, a pastel color,
for a mini mighty bloom,
a gift, an honor,
radiating in royal hues.
A favorite, whispered a man,
he, instantly in love with her,
pondering, deciding,
while love remained true.
Solely: with no other witness,
during a quiet afternoon view,
he claimed her for eternity,
she sighing, as his One and only.
All Along
I’ve felt you in my life
Whispered callings I ignored
My past has carried you in my heart
Pocket sized, along sandy shores
Present, and low voiced, there, too
Wooded wisps tending to folklore
Surround, comfort and continue
Our souls connecting without a clue
Continuation of plans, a need explored
Unforced, reveals a vibrant hue
Sighing, as I unfold tomorrow
How do I begin to explain you
Aurora’s Visit
Aurora whispered this morning
As golden water developed
Within a sunrise
Every moment is a blessing
She encouraged with her glow
Thankful for the wink, felt
Shining across fair skin
As a pelican soared by
Sealing my radiance, her gift
Salty air takes ownership of red hair
A curl wraps around my nose
And I inhale hope
Flutters of joy
Upon my breasts
While Aurora releases me
Back into reality, sensing
My desire to shine
Lapping of the gulf’s waves
Felt by both she and I
Indescribable
Identical
Petal Hearts
Morning Smile
Unrequited Love
Holly, of House of Heart, encouraged me to try the Non-Love Challenge. I never turn down a request from a fellow ginger, so here we go. ♡ Thanks for asking, my friend.

~The word “Love”, at least once.
~At least one adverb. (For instance: unavoidably).
~At least one quote or motto in quotation marks.

Let’s start off with one of my favorite playwrites, J.M. Barrie. Sir, will you and your incredible optimism marry me?… *swoon* (If you’ve ever watched the movie Finding Neverland, you know the story behind his writing Peter Pan.)
“Let no one who loves be called altogether unhappy. Even love unreturned has its rainbow.”
― J.M. Barrie
Together We’ll Go
Safe
You, My Spring
Feel, Wait and Listen
So Close
Fulfilled
Inamorato’s Moon
Excitement
Yesterdays
My Suppression
Every word behind my chest,
Desires freedom,
Tonight.
Alas, once again,
I’ve censored who I am,
And forced reality to stop,
Immediately.
Leaving the ache placed,
Upon my breasts,
An endless continuation.
Suppression hurts,
Terribly,
Ceasing the pain,
Simple.
Yet, I refuse,
Leaving myself,
Paralyzed.
Sometimes my poetry is too revealing, so I fade before you, entirely too bashful to continue. Instead, I leave you this poem. I apologize.
