essence everywhere
sliding, slowly, before me
found beauty, lifeless
and myself sat searching.
water breaks past roots, stones and debris
flows towards my lense; healing.
Chortles echo in the distance,
oh, one day love will be,
Verdant , my keeper – Forest King
show me where life will lead,
tears dampen this face, and my page,
Colorado heal me,
God, show me grace.
I feel the intensity of all your poems, Audrey – and this one especially! Very powerful. ❤️

Nothing like a change of scenery, ma’am, to provide one with a change in perspective. Hang in there and know we’re praying your heart heals real soon!

I’ve been stumbling, giggling, crying, working, sighing, loving, and enjoying through my days.
A wonderful quote. A gift.

As God’s child how could you ever, ever be less than worthy? 💜💜

Why me? How do I deserve such love and devotion? My continual conversation with God. Why am I special?
If God could eye roll…*smiles*
I’m trying!

WHY ME?
When you and God stop
Looking at one another
In the mirror… Bang!
