Worlds Apart

I won’t compare
myself.
Ever. The
intriguing stare
she provided
offered
a moment together,
and it
dribbled down
your chin. A
true indication
of your desire
for what she had
to offer. My eyes
casted down,
was something else
entirely.

  1. Interesting embroidery, Audrey. Did you create it?? It’s been a while since I did any needle work — hands probably too preoccupied with my keyboard, I guess. Lovely thoughts here. We don’t all get here with the same charms, do we? But you must never apologize for being YOU!!
