Wary of your destined flow,
Not knowing if you’ll return,
To me, is terrifying, always.
Peace soothes,
My mind
My desire
My heart
In your absence.
The deep impression of your approach,
Breathes into my obedient soul,
When I’m quiet enough to honor you.
I really, really dig this one. Something rings quite right about it. Plus, I’m the bird.

I dig when you say dig, Duketh. Thank you…what rings, my dear? Yes, you’re the bird, of course… *laughs*

Now this is beautiful ~ the grace of peace, desire and the sea (great photo of sir Jonathan Livingston Seagull)…with your words is the perfect entrance into December and the final chapter of the year. Peace does make the mind, heart and spirit so much stronger ~ giving a greater desire to fully live life. A nice welcoming return Audrey π

Thank you, always. (I think your spirit was on my shoulder when I took this photo, Dalo. No phone camera could take a photo like this without an extremely talented photographer near by.) I love how you explain my words and sort my mind. Now I end my visit with you beside the poem written yesterday out of an effort to prove I will honor this life journey I cannot explain, but desire fully. As if my soul knew you were coming back to me, Randy. OR you have impeccable timing… π Ha! Enjoy your week, my dear.

It was such a great photo ~ I turned on the Jonathan Livingston soundtrack last night after seeing it π You too enjoy your week, and to impeccable timing! Cheers!

After you mentioned it, I had to find the album, as well. Giggle. I do wonder which one is your favorite…Odyssey, for me, I think. Lonely, a close second. Yes, impeccable timing. π

Odyssey is great ~ both ‘Be’ and ‘Dear Father’ are favorites, remember them both from grade school ~ Seagulls always remind me of the Puget Sound areas…

For me, Audrey, it’s that final line that speaks most strongly to me.
Bless you

It is that last line that I need the most work in, jf. I need to learn to honor and believe I am worthy. I thank you for encouraging my work. xx

I like the way you blend nature, it’s wildness, with the heart

Thanks, Rajiv. You know, blending the two make me feel complete. It is all I know, truly. I find it comforting and I am myself when I allow my voice in this way. I could pick a picture from some website and write a poem for it, but I’ll never fill the void in my soul by doing so…

I should have been a mermaid, as well. The travel time would be nearly nonexistent. π Unless, I needed to go by land, of course.

Yes, that is right. I think I’d just as soon stay in the water.
