Does that seem possible?
Allow my soul the peace
It deserves. And the
Submission I
Thrive on.
Or am I forsaken
By variance?
This, my fawning,
Empowered in infancy
C – Choice
Sacrafice
Creates tears,
Almost always.
The knowing
What’s best,
Hurts
When it isn’t
What’s been dreamt.
Adieu
Deserves a nod or
A chance at liberty.
Did the heart know?
Or do we now pray it did,
Because regret is so
Painful.
B – Bold
not a minute shall return
what’s been said, taken
i’m lost between
whatever

i’m sorry,
maybe even,
you hurt me.
Sucker For Love
I wear my heart
Heart on my sleeve
Sleeve: means out open
Open to new beginnings
Beginnings; where the past ends
Ends the rejection felt
Felt when he chose someone else

With a photographic view
His Chest
I came across
With fingers, gently .
Tips to skin
Lingering upon chest,
Muscles strong, aging
Beautifully,
Which held stories
Of life, working
Pain and pleasure.
Thriving heartbeat
Awakened sensations
Within me,
Pump pump pump
Felt. Enjoyed. Eased.
I’d been there before,
Or hadn’t,
But I will be again.
Exquisitely Prepared
He slowly wakes her,
quiet, and the only one
as love’s color lays upon velvet petals, he hums.
His hands feel her beautiful,
remarkable, softly serene. His murmur, awakening her scent at dawn, leads her blossoming.
Helios, Titan god of her sun, stretches and whispers she is exquisite, mine and for now, done.
Almost Always
Hurts me, almost
Always. Remembering.
I knew, almost
Always. The lie.
Pain comes, almost
Always. At daylight.
I fail, almost
Always. Forgetting.
I need, almost
Always. The affirmation.
I am, almost
Always. Enough.
Break Free
I could write
Of yesterday
And the pain it caused,
Or continue to cry
Over what was lost,
Either one overburdened
And neither,
Change anything.
Feeling
do you remember, feeling
the soft brush of a whisper
upon your neck?
gentle thaw of shivers
frozen’s early revealing
i’ll never forget
Pain
I watched her
the pain in her eyes
the grip she had on the handle
white knuckled
slowly departing
caving to her mind
yet, feeling her heart
fight right back
tears wiped
smudged across her cheek
watching through
a rainy mirrored day
as she slowly becomes me
incapable of allowing
what her soul needs
Proof
because in his care
I feel protected
so finding beauty
in simplicity
reflects his love
and my peace
A Plea
Love is
Sought and believed
By some
Wholeheartedly.
Feels like
Kinship with the sun,
Heat it radiates
Upon skin,
Beams of trust
Felt
Enveloped,
By arms
Sans armor.
Allow me
To feel protection,
My plea,
Others have fought
And overcome,
So they could live.
Now,
I want to breathe.
Life
Life lives pristine white
