robins kept me company

HaHa, good one, Audrey! Our Robins have been busy, too — mostly making nests, I think, but it takes lots of food for them to have energy to do that!

I’ll have to keep an eye out for a near or two. My daughter and I are currently schooling ourselves on bird feeders.

A good day to be a bird in your yard.
Nature at work, being observed, Iβm sure the robin appreciated your effort. As do we.

Ben, you are brilliant, and I’m incredibly proud just knowing you wrote this article. I may read this more than once and again probably this evening because I know I didn’t give it the time required. Wanted to but was blindsided by your writing.
And yes, round and round we go.

I should be very interested to learn what you thought about the content rather than the writing. π

Ben, I believe we’re all receiving a lesson in slowing down at the moment. Those victorious will be the herd of people who choose to see where we went wrong and make the decision to change our path. To find we need both spiritual and physical to be healthy individuals. Nature heals me this is no surprise. I love taking the time to sit and sense the connection we organically have towards one another. Same as my connection with God. Sitting quietly and allowing the relationship to be – is soothing in my experience.

I (re)discovered yogic deep relaxation (the Corpse pose at 16 and been practising ever since. Yes. very soothing when lying down as well as sitting. God and Nature: one and the same?

God created nature, and us in his image. How can we not all be connected. One in the same – not a terrible idea. β‘
