He’s pleased with her form
Content with her approach
Happy to shower her, adored
She’s delicate by design
Comfortable with her skin
Waiting to be taken, as his
Together the perfect match
She, his opalescent beauty
He flourishing as he is, naturally
This is a love grown naturally ~ perhaps rarer today than it was in the past, but that just makes it that much more romantic and powerful. Beautiful. I think this poem does not deserve to be read within the comforts of a modern city/high rise, but instead out on a hill, looking over a field, stream or…Hong Kong Harbor π

Aww., Randall. If anyone were to understand this poem it would be the mind of a thinker. Your mind… Beautiful? Thank you so much for thinking so, and yes this poem truly does belong in the hands of a man pondering life over the view of Hong Kong Harbor. Most definitely. You had me at field or stream. π

Figured I’d have you at the field or stream, so then decided to roll the dice and throw in Hong Kong π

I’d make this comment on your recent post, in regards to your reply, but it would come off as crass to anyone reading by so I’m going to tell you here. It isn’t the power of Dr. Seuss running through me as much as the power of Dalo. I mean I am an early childhood teacher, but I think its more than that… π

So pure looking. And even better, comfortable in her won skin. No wonder he’s pleased with her.

Sensuous and intimate and rightly is brief and all the more poignant for that.
