I really enjoy the last line, “blue rediscovers contentment.” With the various shades of the picture and the clouds, the line goes along really well, speaking louder than anything else. We can see the contentment … well, I can at least. Haha.
Thank you, Shari. Flexing my thesaurus for a bit. π I was sick of my vocabulary.
Sometimes putting ordinary words together in an unusual combination is just as good as a new word – though I love my thesaurus also. A wonderful survivor from the Jurassic Age. π
Yes, that is my normal go to process. I’m a simple one. Jurassic Age…lol. Me, too. I use my phone app.. π
Me too! I love my phone app. But I bet mine is a bit older than yours. I poke with a wooden stick into the mud, begging, “Send, you stupid muddy phone, send already!”
LOL…I have to do that here in the sticks while I’m visiting the cowboys, indians, and buffalo of the plains..
Yes, well, today I got my thesaurus out, so I could use that big word up there. Just for fun. One must learn a new word once and a while. I tried. *giggle* Thank you, Duke.
The problem is, Audith, I can never remember new words. They don’t like me. And they slip right out of the mind.
I never remember new words, either! Duke…I find that so funny. I have an extremely short attention span. I need to hear a new word a lot in order for it to stick. We’re a couple of Simpltons…
We shall not be blamed for a word’s inability to stick in our minds, dadblameit!
Hi, Morgan. Yes, well, today I got my thesaurus out today so I could use that big word up there. π Just for fun. One must learn a new word once and a while.
Thank you, dear friend.
LOL I Love my thesaurus. I don’t typically write a paragraph without using it at least once π
So that’s your secret!! π Yeah, me too.
yes, I will write my thoughts down, then go back through it and reference my thesaurus as often as possible. I’ve learned a lot of new words π
Big words indeed; had to use the might of google haha
Haha. π Had to stretch those mind muscles a bit. I still prefer the simple words with big meaning.
exactly, most times in life, a simple word/words can go far
Yep. We should always try and remember that, my friend.
Wonderful photo!
Thank you, Willow

I really enjoy your ramblings, Christopher. *Giggles* I’m glad the contentment shines through for you. Thrilled this was enjoyed. Thanks.
Funny. I usually associate you with the color red. I like redheads. But now I’ll have to add ‘cerulean.’
Red happens to be a favorite color of mine. Redheads like you, too, Hem. A nice word, don’t you think?
Yes. π
π
Blue deserves contentment, Aud. Very nice.
Blue does, Chum. It does. Thank you π

Hey, you! Wow, thank you so much!!

Very lovely, Aud π

LOL…you stole it!
Quoted
Can I see that in writing…
You just did
π Not really. But okay.
I’ve forgotten what we’re on about. Did I say anything wise?
LOL…well you happened to mention that I was right and you were so very, very wrong.
That doesn’t sound like something I’d say!!!
Not in my experience, anyway :p
π Amazing what you can remember about yourself, Sleepy.
That was just a gut reaction :p
π LOL Or it means you know I’d try to sneak something past you.
Same thing
π
Mmmmmm… contentment… often, those times of contentment last longer for me than the wild blasts of happiness…
Oh yes, Gus. Me, too. Nothing better than relishing in contentment. (Nice, Mmmmmm, by the way. π )
Sigh π Very Peaceful π
