Tomorrow Within Me

Posted on November 20, 2017 by Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister

I become stronger as today comes to an end, as I know you are waiting.

I take time to thank God, our Creator, who designed you to help teach.

I lay in quiet sheets composing your sunrise, as I drift off to sleep.

Tomorrow, your constant knowledge is somewhere deep within me.

I walk
Measure footprints
I stand
Succumbing winds
I continue
Waves encouraging
I wait
Beach envelopes
I obey
Ocean sings

Verdurous land
An abyss covered calling
Beseeching of duty
Simply whisper your demands
And ye shall inhale pure servility
