Love that second stanza. Sometimes we all want to throw in the towel and let everything fall. (By the way, I found you via another writing blog. Nice to meet you!)
Hi, and thank you so much! π Welcome. I’m happy to have you. I look forward to reading your blog. Who’s blog, if I may ask? I hope I was pleasent. π Have a great day.
Life has a way of making us all feel this way…much too often, and your words capture these feeling so well. fortunately, there is always a new day/sunrise/sunset that nature provides for us to break free π I am the eternal optimist, so negative thoughts are alway kind of nice to have to counter-balance. Well done Audrey.
Yes, Randall, I agree. We’re very similar in that respect, which is why the negative moments are always sorta just okay with me. I sort those feelings and move on along. Thank you, dear. π I’m so glad you came by! *big smile*
Chum, you’ve made me smile. I needed that today. Your reactive poetry is always welcome. You make me blush, but I don’t mind. A Poet disguised as a sports and music writer… my favorite.

Ooo, I love the feeling of this one. Forgetting is hard. Because I can never forget, I fear.

Thank you, Duketh. Yes, forgetting is hard. Just throw it all away, probably.

I have a little something extra in the writer’s tank that I didn’t even know about a couple months ago. Thanks, Red, for that. π

I like this it is so simple but a lot can be read into it. Don’t forget that one man’s junk is another man’s treasure (that was very wise, eh!)
