Giggle. Louis…yes, if you say so, just promise at some point to consider the hedges. You seem teachable, you know. A picnic, huh?? Wow. What would you pack?
At some point… sounds good. π
Hmm… most likely something to eat, my iPod, a camera, my journal, some paper and a pen, and a friend. Although, the friend will probably not be packed with the other items. I doubt they would appreciate it.
Yes, of course. π You know, ’tis a good idea not to pack your friend in a bag or basket and go through that door. Something tells me that you would go from friend to serial stalker in just a few moments…. giggle. I bet that friend would go willingly. What sort of music will you be playing?
“Hey friend, check out this basket.”
*whoosh*
*innocent whistling*
Hmm… I’d probably bring a headphone splitter and get my friend to bring their iPod and then alternate listening to each other’s favorite songs. Songs you listen to when you’re happy, songs you listen to when you’re sad. That would be nice. π
*laughing* I think they’ll be on to you in no time, Louis. Giggle. Yes, a fine idea. I would be on board with the music arrangement. I never get tired of listening to music. Do you have a favorite song, Louis? If so, what is it? π
Well, I actually have an entire list of favorite songs. It would probably be to long to mention them all here… I just feel like across genres it’s comparing apples to oranges a lot of the time. And then sometimes you’re more in the mood for a banana. You know what I mean? And then there are the songs that get stuck in my head… oh boy…
I suppose I could write a blog post about it. π Right now I like “Fly” by Jars of Clay I suppose. Do you have a favorite song?
Yeah, same for me, Louis. Music cannot be tied down nor can my favorites. Totally feeling you on the banana. Right now the banana I cannot get enough of is Rend Collective’s Build Your Kingdom Here…its been about oh, 6 months now and I still love it to pieces. The video, as well.
Hey, that is a neat song! I like it. The video is cool too; I clicked away from it for a second, and then I clicked back to it and was like “Whoa, they’re outside now.” π
No indeed. There is no tying music down. It resonates with so many different facets of our lives.
Why does the rabbit need fangs, Duke? What is wrong with you today? Why are you so wicked? I sense something is up.
*puts on the tea kettle* What is wrong?
I just keep rereading your comment and laughing, John. I love that you saw through this poem. I just love it! LOL…t’was sneaky of me and I am in a strange mood today. I have no idea where the female view came from when I decided to use it (left field), but glad to have shared a chuckle with you.
God, that was good, Johnny. Allow me to just relish in that compliment a bit, will you… You’ve just made my day, week and year. And now for the genius part…are you kidding me?! Not even close, but I love that you think so, my dear.
Always trim the hedge. Lol

Well, if there was a rabbit in there–a fluffy white one–there’d be no adventure to be had.
