Together We’ll Go

Posted on April 8, 2015 by Audrey Dawn - Oldest Daughter Redheaded Sister

we should climb to the top
take a glimpse of the other side
holding tight, refusing to stop
enlightenment from on high
with an encouraging momentum found
best to start down low
travel slowly just off the ground
breathe deeply, and together we’ll go

Primitive Beauty

Even when nothing fits,
Sense, suffocating,
Our beliefs,
Sit here, quietly.
Forces conceived
Native
Primitive panting
Joy
Tactical breezes
Identify
Verdant willingly
Succumbs
Our spirit,
Thrives here,
Naturally.
