Hey, Sweetie
Dad’s reassuring greet
I’ve just always expected
Weather’s calm
Dad’s predictability
Bring snacks for the backseat
Asking where to, and then
Do you know where we are
Just look for the sun
Stay calm
Know this will also pass
He has prepared me
Acceptance can bring sweet nectar. Beautifully expressed in your verses.

When we accept others they do this awesome thing of, in one way or another, accepting us in return. Thank you, Ben

You’re remembering all the good things as you move forward. Following the sunlight is the way to go.

This morning’s realization helped me focus on what Dad would have said to me…even if sitting silently beside me.
Thank you, Shari

Sounds like your daddy shares a lot of good traits with mine! We’re blessed, you know, to have their steadying hand as long as He sees fit to leave them here. Sometimes the road is long and lonely; “this, too, shall pass” is a sure thing to hold onto.

A father daughter relationship is one of the very best. Good daddys follow their gut. Mine had no idea what he was doing but taught me so much. Thank you, Debbie

Always look around during the trip. At one’s destination all that is left is beautiful moments seen along the way.

You know that little pocket on the top of your front jean pocket? I pulled my comment from it. It’ll surprise you what I find there. π€π
