Beautiful words and photograph. My amaryllis finally bloomed, this is the third year, it’s amazing I have a brown thumb. Somethings you just can’t kill. π
Mother Nature still intends to give us a spring, Audrey. ‘Tis just taking longer than usual because Old Man Winter isn’t ready to leave. Take another picture of these beauties once they’re in full bloom, okay?!
I figure he’s paid his dues. If Old Man Winter wants to linger I’ll let him. This time of year snow is beautiful and then gone anyway.
I’ll do my best, of course!
Gorgeous, Audrey! π

I find ignoring them completely helps them grow. Giggle. Some amaryllis prefer a late arrival. Keeps us guessing. Thanks, Holly β‘
