numb, these days
a place shadows play
in, around, atop me
quiet in many avenues
normal, they venture –
but her smile is missing
nothing out of place,
music sounds the same
yet, heart ceased
wind tastes different,
I wander,
never truly breathe
Wonderfully written π

Oh so beautifully sad. There are days I feel like this too, even now! You express it so delicately, yet so powerfully. How do you do it! ? !

I’m so happy you’re in love and doing so well, Morgan. You shine your beacon for us all. I love seeing you. My expression comes out the way it does because I’m caught up in pleasing far too often. xo

No wonder youβre numb girl…. you never truly breathe…
Breathe…
So we stumble and fall… weβll fall together
Perhaps weβll shatter the earth
And cause the wind to blow from a different dimension
And find the taste to be most beautiful
Beautiful emotions
Melted onto the page
From the heart of poetess…
Lingering in your words…
