Guilty of desiring
His oriel of promises My admission. I return, daily Simply To be near His spirit. Fearful Of denial My never ending Confession. Comfort in a window Proves My broken spirit.
Oh this is longing in the most beautiful way. It’s a wonder he didn’t throw a few pebbles at your bedroom window, just to get your undivided attention. Me, I would have used bricks π Love this! And as always, thank you for allowing a peek into such a wonderful woman. Mushy, yes, but I tend to tell it like it is.
Thank you, Jay. Your comment is the sweetest. Our photos similar, huh? Yours way better. (Don’t argue.) You wouldn’t have to throw bricks. I leave a light on for you, Sir. Tell me you see it, please. π Aww. You’re welcome, always. I appreciate you saying so, and you’ve proven quite capable of knowing how and when to wrap me around your finger. I like mushy. Thanks again. β‘
Johnnie, I am blow away by your generosity. You are a wonderful man and have taught me so much about being a good woman. I enjoy reading your poetry. Thank you…β‘
I’m looking through a bird blind, which is part of a nature sanctuary near by. The poem is incredibly longing. I’m not sure anyone got it, but it seemed to touch them in a more positive way, which is awesome. For me, it was a longing poem. Longing for an opportunity that may never be, I suppose. Quite sad, actually.

You didn’t cry. You splashed water on your face, in an attempt to make me feel bad. News flash. I am bad

Oh, I cried. I tear up easily, but staring at the ceiling fan helped my case. How bad? Hmm??

Are you in a cabin? That’s so cool. And the poem is a bit longing, I’d say.
