Always a little something electric when it comes to stormy weather and venturing out ~ you have put those feeling into words for me with this poem. And also a beautiful photo to match. ‘how to navigate through the waves of me’ would be a great title for your first poetry book π
….and all you do is venture out, Dalo. Take care of you and I shall do the same.
My first poetry book title written by my Photographer Philosopher Extraordinaire, Dalo. The cowboy who keeps her waiting for a dance. π Yes, I agree, it is time to put my poems in their proper spot. I just didn’t realize your suggestion would be spot on… some days, I really do look at what I wrote and think…huh, I really did write that, how cool.
I hear the music, the dance moves are set but I see no partner ~ It would be great to see a composite of your best poems. One of the cool things about getting into a creative zone, is finishing and then some time later taking a look and thinking just what you wrote ‘I did that?!?’
The music ~ well, it is a mix between Robert Cray, George Strait, Metallica, Mozart and the Beatles π ~ a nice confusing sounds that somehow all comes together.
Mmm, I’m on board with those as long as there’s a little Clapton, Meatloaf, ZZ Top and Kenny Rogers, as well. A girl likes what a girls likes, you know. (LOVE Metallica)
This is what you do…go to the closest corner block. Turn left…walk three blocks, cross the street, walk one more block in the same direction, turn right and walk 10 more steps and then lie down. Tis the spot, don’t you think? *smiles* Do it!!! *waits patiently*
Beautiful concept… beautiful poetry… however… While I was at sea, I found it difficult to navigate anything except the ship… always wondering if those who cared when I left, still would care upon my return from that beautiful blue ocean… That’s a beautiful picture also… by the way…
Hope you’re having a most delightful day…
Michael

Well, you haven’t done a very good job on the details, Dalo. What music do you hear? Tell me, please.
I am creating a book, actually. π Finding the best ones can be tough…then the order they should go in…ahhhhhh!

He really does. My grandmother loved his music, which is why I’m so attached to it.

You should always to free to navigate your ship with all of your mind. Confident that you’ll missed, is how you should have been released, I believe.
Thank you, Michael. My day has been fine. I appreciate you stopping in to ask. xx
