Sneak up behind me,
Sit down carefully,
Settle your legs against mine,
I’ll lean back and into you.
We’ll enjoy this mornin’ glow,
Comforted by your love’s tune.
The one I know,
‘Tis true.
Relax,
I know you’re here.
How?
Simple twist of my hair,
And my longing blank stare,
Good Morning, my darling.
Such a feeling to start a day, can’t think of a better way ~ such poetry again. The photo too is pretty special, the sun yearning to break free for another great day… π Have a great weekend Audrey Dawn!

Ohhhhh, there it is. That lovely term of endearment – DARLING. Do you get to see the sunrise often? I can’t wait until I finally get to witness my first, once we move. I’ll take pics and post.
Lovely morning reflection Audrey.

Okay, so no soup. Sleep then, maybe. Being sick stinks. π¦
My evening is going well. Thanks for asking.

Yeah. I’m allergic to soup. I just didn’t want to get into all my allergy stuff. But thanks for the thought. I’m happy you’re having a good night :). That’s great. I’m sure I’ll feel better soon.

I’m worn out and need a stiff drink after this classroom of monkeys today. π Hope you’re feeling a little better today, Benjamin.

Haha. I’m feeling worse, but thank you :). Hopefully it will get less monkey like. Try and relax!

Worse?! π¦ I’m sorry. Not sure I would know what to do if it were less monkey like…I’ve grown used to swinging from vines. It’s what we bilingual teachers do best in an inclusive classroom. We’re built for it. π Take care, my dear.

Very nice. Sometime something like that is needed. Was Oscar about?

Thank you. Yea, I think so, too. He was…early walk about. He doesn’t enjoy the sunrise. Gruffs at it and then whines at the indigenous grass blowing about. Dogs. They can be wreck.

Hi Audrey… two of my many personalities wrote pieces that I think most will enjoy.. they are completely opposite in thought.. kind of like my mind most of the time. I’ve been searching for great poets that have yet to find fame and fortune… I’ve found a few here on wordpress… I looked in the mirror once to see if I could find one… but the mirror laughed out loud. Luckily it has a good sense of humor…

You’re so hard on yourself, Michael. We all are, so I won’t bust your chops about it. You’re a deep thinker and you make your readers think. I find that very important in writing. I don’t want my poetry spoon fed to me. There truly is nothing better than getting the full picture by the end. Unless its a love poem, if it is, I wanna feel that one all the way through.

In that case… you should very much enjoy tonight’s post… “Knowing Love”…
