Thank you, Zak. (If you don’t hear from me I ran away with Rhett. The movie was amazing and Scarlet a hot mess. Not at all like me. Sighing in relief.)
Aww, thanks! What does this make you think of, Louis? Yeah, I often think clouds look like mountains here by the gulf. The clouds come off the ocean soooo huge!! It is fantastic.
Hmm… well, there’s the ministering to places you’ve been. That’s a neat line. But then the cloud also looks like it’s burning. Sometimes the places we’ve been have to be let go into the fire perhaps. There’s a sunset somewhere in there, but the cloud makes it feel a little unknown and even scary.
Yes, a line that can be taken different ways and enjoyed just the same. I agree, the cloud does look to be on fire. Agreeing with burning old places of thought and the like when one is ready to move on. A great metaphor. .. I suppose with this one I was thinking more postively about relationships and how we linger on those amazing moments we as humans are allowed to have, Louis.
Glad to hear it, Benjamin. I am having a good week. Just got home from a movie. Dove into the four hour classic, Gone With The Wind, with some fellow teachers tonight. Playing locally for the 75th anniversary of its arrival. I’d never seen it. They were all shocked. I wasn’t as I am way younger than they are and not much of a movie person. However, I’m glad I went. I understand why everyone loves Rhett Butler now. He was a charmer.
Good night, B π
I will! First, it reminds me of Sleeping Beauty. The cartoon, you know. With that dragon that I thought was really cool. (Still do, actually.) You know, it has the horrible interlude with singing and all that. And it reminds me of the Yeti.
From Sleeping Beauty to a Yeti. Your thoughts work in a very interesting way, Duke. I haven’t seen the Sleeping Beauty cartoon. The Yeti due to the mountains?
I appreciate the reflection, Aud, yours and the clouds imitating mountains.
