Cool breeze off the ocean
Sand castle plans
A dip in the water
Seashells in the sand
Life at the beach
A never ending treat
Hoping to find
My smile in the reef
Confused by monochrome grey
Agree with Mark, I can understand why you are confused by monotone grey…you seem to live in a world washed in all colors. A refreshing poem, very nice.
I really do try to, Randall. Such a strange feeling not being able to put a finger on what it is that has made me sad the last few days. Thank you for being such a bright color.
For me, living on the beach would be a dream come true…small is fine, just cable for TV and Internet and phone–and a good serviceable kitchen (fridge and stove/oven).
This is a pic I took a few weeks ago, but it is still a cloudy day at the beach. White clouds…which are beautiful. It isn’t cooperating and neither is my mood. I’m trying to fight off the gray mood day that I’m having. π Soaking in the fun will help!
Awwww, sorry to hear about the grey mood Audrey. I’m very affected by the weather/climate. As soon as it’s overcast/grey or raining I get slow and mildly (sometimes not so mildly) depressed.
Soak in the fun.
π
Aww, we always come away a bit stronger for the fight. I don’t think I’ll be sad long. Too much going right for this confused thinking of mine. Thanks! π
Still fighting for Rusty’s paw. I won’t give up no matter what I see. I KNOW he is healed. And so we again kick it in high gear to do all we know how to do! (((HUGS))) Amy
For the FIRST time since all this happened, after his second soaking with me massaging his paw, I saw flexibility in his paw! OMG! OMG! I feel like shouting to the world! He IS getting there! YAYAYAYAYAYAY!
You can write the next bestseller. 50 shades of confusion. π

It may be the weather…it is amazing how quick I can drop from a high to a low without much happening ~ so I blame it on the weather π
